Simply add egg, milk and oil and you will have old-fashioned, home made quality without all of the hassle. A pantry must for anyone that enjoys 'made from scratch' foods but doesn't have a lot of time!
Buttermilk Pancakes: Our buttermilk pancake and waffle mix, is an all-natural mix and is made from scratch, just like Grandma always did! I like to serve our Buttermilk Pancakes with butter and syrup but if you would like to try something different, drizzle some flavored honey on them or , depending on the season, you can spread either pumpkin butter or apple butter on them too. One thing is for certain, no matter what you put on them, their moist and delightful flavor will leave your tastebuds calling out for more!
Ingredients: Wheat flour, rye flour, sweet whey buttermilk, baking powder, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
