Rudolph's Favorite Reindeer Food
Santa shouldn’t be the only one that gets treats on Christmas Eve! Start a new tradition and leave a treat out for Rudolph and friends!
Rudolph's favorite reindeer food is a tasty reindeer treat that provides extra energy for not only Rudolph, but all of Santa's reindeer. After all, they are working hard pulling Santa’s sleigh so they deserve treats too!
At bedtime, have your child sprinkle the reindeer food outside of your back door or they can leave the bag of reindeer food out with Santa's cookies. Either way, when the reindeer eat this food, they not only get a yummy treat but they are able to travel much faster and speed up Santa's journey.
Pick up a few bags for the children in your life! A delicious, all-natural food that, unlike other reindeer food, is safe for both reindeer and wildlife!
There are some 'reindeer food' that I have seen that have all kinds of sparkles and confetti peppered amongst the reindeer food. I have also seen it where the child is supposed to sprinkle the 'food' on the ground outside of the door so that the reindeer will be able to find their home and get Santa there more quickly. Great concept and very cute however, it always bothered me that they would be sprinkling these shiny sparkles all over the ground. Wildlife and birds especially, are drawn to shiny things and would therefore be apt to eat them,which could be harmful if not fatal to them. During the winter, animals are constantly on the move looking for food and would certainly eat 'reindeer food' that had been scattered on the ground, whether it was covered in glitter and sparkles, or not. Either way, putting out anything that could be of harm to wildlife is not good and definitely is not responsible.
We should be teaching our children , by example, what to offer to wildlife and what to avoid.
As a result, I created a safe way for children to lure the reindeer to their home. Our reindeer food is all natural and safe for both wildlife and reindeer. So on Christmas eve when your child is enthusiastically sprinkling the reindeer food outside of your back door, you can feel good knowing that someone will be enjoying those little tidbits of food and that most likely, when you wake up in the morning and your child runs to the back door to see if the reindeer food is gone, that most likely it will be!
